Editing Process
How TPS works
If you are interested in having TPS edit/translate your document(s), please send us a copy of the document in question. After reviewing the nature of the document and the work requested, we will offer a reasonable quote. If you agree to the quote, we will then mail a written confirmation of the quote to you in 24 to 48 hours. Once you sign off on the quote and we receive back your written confirmation, work on your case will begin immediately. Once work has been completed within the deadline agreed on by both parties, we will send you the finished work, after which you can review it and request any changes if necessary. Once you have deemed it satisfactory, we request that you provide payment within two weeks.

We are committed to the quality of our services; therefore, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our work. This means that within 15 days of receiving your final product, if there are any places you feel need to be re-written or re-edited, you can send your request to us here at TPS and we will do our absolute best to handle your request in line with your vision or preference.
