TPS Terms of Service
If you use TPS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. TPS offers high quality editing service and your satisfaction is our paramount goal. However, all editing, corrections, or content put forward by the TPS editing staff are to be taken as suggestions. Clients should assess the relevance, accuracy, and usefulness of these suggestions when deciding on whether or not to accept and use them.
2. Unless explicitly requested, the TPS editing team is not responsible for checking the veracity of the contents of the documents we edit.
3. TPS guarantees the confidentiality of its client’s documents and, according to your needs, documents can be encoded with various levels of encryption. However, we cannot guarantee the security of documents when they are sent over the Internet.
4.TPS respects the privacy of its clients and the confidentiality of their documents. We will never give your information to third parties. For all content edited by TPS, the copyright remains with the client (or author).
5. Resource links provided by TPS are made available for the benefit of our clients. However, these web resources are not managed by TPS; as such, TPS cannot be held legally liable for any of the advertisements, products, services, or general content of these sites. When using the links found on our website, clients do so at their own risk and should first assess the appropriateness and applicability of such resources.
6. TPS uses the Internet and E-mail to communicate with clients. Therefore, clients should ensure that their E-mails can receive and send emails without problem. Furthermore, TPS is not responsible for any problems that occur as a result of technical problems with Internet or E-mail system providers.
7. TPS reserves to right to reject any prospective case or client.
The above terms and conditions shall come into effect immediately.
