Ans: | If you are seeing garbled text or unreadable characters on our webpage, first log in with another computer to see if the problem is with your browser. If our webpage appears normal when using another computer, that means you need to adjust your browser settings. Go to the View column in your browser and select Text Encoding from the drop down menu. You will be given a choice of different codes. From the list pick either Big5 or Unicode (UTF-8). Log in once again to the TPS webpage. |
