| Ans: | Our rates are calculated by looking at the number of words that need to be edited, the turnaround time requested, as well as the difficulty of the document in terms of specialized content and English quality. | Q: | How long do you typically need to edit documents? |

| Ans: | In general, for documents from 1,000-3,000 words in length (about 3-5 A4 size pages), standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days and express is 3-4 business days. Other factors may influence turnaround time such as difficulty (or ease) of content and quality of the English. We encourage you to send us your documents for review, upon which we can provide you with an exact turnaround time. |
| Q: | When will TPS start to edit my documents? |

| Ans: | We will start work after we have received your signed quote. Quotations received after 5:30pm will be credited to the following business day. |
| Q: | When do you expect payment? Before or after the job? |

| Ans: | Upon receiving their finished document(s), clients are expected to deliver payment within 5-10 days (including weekends). For especially large cases (i.e. those longer than 30 pages or 10,000 words), we ask that clients pay 50% of the agreed upon fee once the case has been 50% completed. The other 50% will be due in 5-10 days following the completion of the case. |

| Ans: | We accept wire transfers and ATM transfers among other payment possibilities. |
| Q: | Do you provide invoices? |

| Ans: | We offer both duplicate uniform invoices and triplicate uniform invoices. However, an extra 5% in sales tax will be added to your bill when using these invoices. If you require an invoice, in an email, please include: 1) The type of invoice requested (duplicate uniform invoice or triplicate uniform invoice); 2) The individual or organization the invoice should be made out to; 3) Your VAT number and registered address; 4) Contact information of recipient (name, address, phone #). |
