Q: | What document formats are you equipped to handle? |
---|---|
Ans: | We usually work with Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx); however, we also accept .ppt and .pdf files. For .pdf files, please unlock them before sending them to us. |
Q: | Do you have a minimum word requirement? Do you edit/translate charts, data, and reference lists? |
---|---|
Ans: | We don't have a minimum word requirement. As for the range of our services, theses, journals, abstracts, charts, data, and reference lists are all included. In general, when giving us a document to edit or translate, please tell us beforehand which areas do not need to be edited/translated so we can give you an accurate quote. |
Q: | Who will edit my document? |
---|---|
Ans: | Our TPS editing team, lead by our director Mark Hammons, handles all of the editing services we offer. |
Q: | Which languages do you edit or translate into? |
---|---|
Ans: | At present, we only offer translation into American English. As well, we only offer editing services for documents that are written in English. |
Q: | What about document security? Can you guarantee the confidentiality of documents? |
---|---|
Ans: | We view all documents that you send to us as an extension of your personal privacy. We take the confidentiality of these documents very seriously and do our utmost to ensure that the contents of any documents we receive remain private. |
Q: | Do you provide corrections or suggestions regarding the content of the documents you edit? |
---|---|
Ans: | Ideally, TPS is in charge of cleaning up the English and make it more clear and easy to understand. For a truly professional knowledge of a field, we need to rely on you the writer or academic. TPS service is in English editing rather than in an academic advisory role. Please refer to Types of Editing. |
