A Word From Our Director
Dear TPS fans, clients, and long-term partners,
My name is Mark Hammons and I'm the director of TPS.
When academic papers are published in top-tier journals, this is a vote of confidence for the academic contribution of said paper. However, for non-native English speakers, the necessity of writing their research in English often rivals their actual research and data analysis in terms of difficulty and effort required.
Whether one likes it or not, the world’s leading journals generally require that contributors present their paper submissions in English. Furthermore, the level of English is expected to display fluency near that of a native English speaker—regardless of the complex nature of the research. Many authors often mistakenly hold to the illusion that their work will be judged solely upon the content of their research, where in fact, a paper’s ability to expresses its findings in clear and understandable English is a major factor or its eventual rejection or acceptance by journals.
If you find your paper being constantly rejected by top-tier journals, is the problem your research…or your English?
At TPS we know that displaying professional and professionally vetted English can be the key between acceptance or rejection. Here at TPS, by ensuring your paper is written in clear and concise English, we do our best to make sure that reviewers focus on the most important part of your paper: your research.
To help us do this, the TPS team employs native speakers of English with in-depth professional knowledge in a wide range of disciplines. With our team, you can be assured that your work will not only be semantically accurate, but also be rendered in idiomatic and fluent English.
In addition to our editors, our team’s project mangers are also there to ensure that your deadlines are met, as well as to answer any questions you might have throughout the entire editing process. In fact, for a great introduction to our team and what we offer, you can go Here to learn more.
In parting, I would just like to say that we here at TPS hope to hear from you soon. To drop us a line anytime, simply go Here. We look forward to being a part of your team in the future and lifting your research to the heights it deserves.
Sincerely,
Mark Hammons
